LostMyLovey ID Tags
The LostMyLovey ID Tag is a custom-embroidered item, so once we verify your information and your order is produced, it can only be returned in the event of a product defect or shipping damage.
IMPORTANT: The phone number that you provide in PayPal checkout (sometimes your default phone number) is the number that will be used on your tag. You are responsible for verifying this number and letting us know if it is incorrect. If you receive your tag and the number is incorrect, you will need to order and pay for a new tag. In select situations we will occasionally offer a small discount. Please contact us for more information.
LostMyLovey.com can only process returns for items purchased on this website. Tags purchased in a retail store location or on a website other than LostMyLovey.com must be returned to those locations and processed according to those retailers' return policies. LostMyLovey has no control over the return policies of other retailers.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser and original form of payment via PayPal. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. (The tag can easily be mailed back to us using a first-class stamp). If you received this item as a gift, we cannot refund the purchase amount directly to you, but we can exchange the tag for one that is not defective.
