If you purchased your LostMyLovey ID Tag on this website, it is already activated and you have already been assigned your Tag ID number. You are good to go!
If you received a LostMyLovey ID Tag as a gift, or you purchased it at a retail store, you need to activate your tag with us before it can be used.
Your tag should have come with a proof-of-purchase code, which you will enter below.
This code is only to verify purchase, and cannot be used as your Tag ID number. If someone finds your item, and tries to enter your proof-of-purchase code into our website, it will not work and you will not be contacted.
If your gift tag has a numerical ID (ex. 123456):
Enter the ID number below to activate it. After we send you notification, your tag ID will be active and no further action is required. Your tag can now be attached to your lovey!
If your gift tag is blank, and came with printed card containing a Proof-of Purchase code containing letters and numbers (ex. PRS-JQY-100):
Enter the Proof-of-Purchase code below and provide your mailing address. We will assign you a Tag ID code and mail you an insert card to slip inside your felt ID Tag.
Please allow 7-10 business days for registration and mailing of the printed Tag ID card.
